While synthetic grass lawns are growing in popularity around Perth, we are not shy of the odd Western Australian road trip and have been busy helping the Shire of Perenjori develop a new multi-purpose sports facility.
A brief four-and-a-half-hour journey up the Great Northern Highway finds you in the region of Perenjori in WA’s Midwest, and soon visitors and residents alike will be able to enjoy a high-class sports facility for tennis, basketball and netball.
Green Planet Grass project manages the whole process from start to finish, including design, removal of pre-existing surfaces and installation of the new facility. The Shire of Perenjori will soon have four Grand Prix synthetic grass tennis courts and two Synpave acrylic basketball and netball hard courts.
While synthetic grass is our bread and butter, we also install acrylic hard court surfaces, providing a suite of sports products to suit a wide variety of leisure activities. The Perenjori tennis courts will have a rust coloured surround and the previous asphalt surface will be replaced by two new basketball and netball courts with an acrylic surface. The project includes installing new tennis net posts and basketball and netball goals.
